Have you ever wondered where the best view in the Columbia Valley is? There certainly are lots of locations to choose from! One strong contender is the #2 elevated tee box at Radium Golf Couse. This tee box is the talk of the town!! A couple of seasons ago they took it away for a couple years. People were so upset that it has now been reinstalled. There is a fantastic view of the Valley from there and the views that you see of the Red Streak rock faces of Kootenay National Park that can be seen from the course, isn’t too bad either.
Continuing on a course rejuvenation program that began in 2011, the Radium Course features renovations on four holes for the 2015 season; including the return of the elevated tee box on #2, rerouting of the front nine and more. The course’s rejuvenation will enhance the overall experience for the average golfer while offering a challenge to the low handicapper. The Radium Course offers four sets of tees measuring from 6,153 to 5,255 yards and a par of 72, along with dazzling vistas, exceptional conditioning and the player-friendly attributes you’ve always loved.
