The Columbia Valley & the B.C. Amateur Championship

 In News

Hopefully by now you know that the 111th BC Amateur Championship for golf is being hosted in the Columbia Valley and played at two of our member courses: The Springs at Radium & Copper Point. The race for the Championship officially begins this Tuesday July 9th at both courses – and we hope you’ll come out to watch! See the entire schedule here.

JUST RELEASED: British Columbia Golf’s pre-event press release, including information on some of the top competitors.

We would like to wish all the players trying for the final few spots in the Championship best of luck on Sunday’s supplemental qualifier event. In the supplemental qualifier there are 12 players from the Columbia Valley, one from Kimberley and five from Alberta. Good Luck!

The governing body for golf in BC is British Columbia Golf and we were lucky enough to host Chris McGrath, Marketing & Communications Manager for British Columbia Golf, at a media event in early June. Chris recently shared his review of the Columbia Valley and three of our member courses: Greywolf, The Springs & Copper Point which we have shared here with you!
